Chief Rasheed Alaba Williams
A foremost insurance practitioner and major player in the Nigerian socio-economic cum political scene, Chief Williams is the Executive Chairman of Lombard Insurance Company Limited. He was Director of Continental Re-Insurance Plc, Indemnity Finance Limited, Nigeria Liability Insurance, United African Re-Insurance Brokers Ltd and Equity Bank as well as a director of several leading blue chip companies. He was a Former President of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and also a former Chairman of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Lagos State. Chief Williams is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute of the United Kingdom.
Yomi Tokosi is a graduate of Howard University, with a B.Sc. (Chemistry), postgraduate diploma in Business Strategy and Industrial Relations from the University of California and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a bias for finance from the University of Southern California. He has, to his credit, 20 years of banking experience culminating as the Managing Director and Chief Executive of First African Trust Bank. He joined the business world shortly after leaving the banking industry and has been active in structured financing and corporate restructuring.
Bashorun A. Adebayo Ajao
Bashorun Adebayo Ajao is a reputable entrepreneur, whose vast investment interests cut across transportation, agriculture and real estate management. His experience in the transportation sector spans over 3 (three) decades. In the 1970’s, his company, Ajao-Bek Investment Company was the sole transporter for BP Petroleum which subsequently became AP Plc. Thereafter, his clientele grew to include Lagoon Secondary School, Lekki, Lagos, Ocean Energy, Conoco-Phillips amongst several other reputable organizations.

Takashi Bufford (Japanese-American)
Mr. Bufford, a 1974 graduate of Howard University, Washington DC, USA, was awarded Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of California in June 1978. He worked briefly as State Attorney in Pennsylvania before establishing his own law firm in Los Angeles, California. He has since been involved in film production and funding of several companies in the country.
Musbahu El-Yakub is an exceptional scholar, who holds a Bachelors (B.SC.) and Masters (M.SC) degrees all in Physics. He also obtained a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Ahmadu Bello University. A former Senior Bank Manager with Liberty Bank Plc and ex-General Manager in Dangote Group incharge of Obajana Cement Factory, Mr. El-Yakub is presently, the Chairman of Maycom Technologies Limited, a fast growing IT company.

Yomi Tokosi is a graduate of Howard University, with a B.Sc. Over the years, Mr. Tokosi has divested his interest in financial services, to enable him develop his investments in the real sector – manufacturing, and as such Riggs Securities Ltd eventually metamorphosed into what is today known as Riggs Ventures West Africa Plc, an emerging major player in the polypropylene sacks manufacturing industry

Mr. Nittur Venkataramu is a mechanical engineer trained at of Karnataka Technical Board India. An experienced technocrat and administrator, Mr. Venkataramu has over thirty (30) years international working experience in leading polypropylene sacks firms in India and Kenya. Prior to joining our firm, he was the General Manager of Raffia Bags (E.A.) Ltd, Kenya.
General Manager, Operations
A thoroughbred technocrat with longstanding experience in the sacks manufacturing sector, Mark Ojo graduated from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Chemical Engineering. He also holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in the same discipline from the University of Lagos as well as Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Obafemi Awolowo University. Mr. Ojo started his career at Nigerian Bag Manufacturing Co. Plc (BAGCO) as a Management Trainee and rapidly gained promotion due to his professional excellence. He also held senior management positions at Dangote Agrosacks Limited where he was serving in the position of Production Manager, before he joined our services.
A versatile professional with strong analytical and excellent research skills, Ms Motunrayo Alimi is a chartered accountant with over 12 years of international and local work experience. Ms Alimi holds two (2) bachelor’s degrees (B.Sc.) - one in Agricultural Economics, University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Ogun State and the other in Applied Accounting, Oxford Brookes University, UK. She also earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management & Finance, Birmingham University, UK. Furthermore, she is a Fellow (FCCA) of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK and a Student Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA). Prior to joining our services, Ms Alimi had worked in several reputable organizations within and outside Nigeria, some of which include Marks and Spencer Plc, Birmingham UK, Metropolitan Bank Ltd, Lagos and Exchange Telecommunications Ltd, Lagos.

Shehu Gbadamosi has more than 25 years post-graduate experience, spanning through auditing, banking and financial management. Mr. Gbadamosi obtained a Bachelors of Science (B.Sc) degree in Biochemistry from the Lagos State University as well as a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Computer Science from University of Lagos. He is an Associate Member (ACA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) as well as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Before joining us, he was with Kunle Onitiri & Co (Chartered Accountants). Prior to that, he had worked with Zenith Bank Plc for over 10 years, rising to the position of Senior Manager/Regional Audit Controller.
Johnson Faseki obtained Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from Lagos State University. He has also undergone various trainings in Electrical Engineering. Mr. Faseki has over 20 years experience in the sacks manufacturing industry. He was at various times the Plant Engineer at both the Nigerian Bag Manufacturing Co. Plc (BAGCO) and Dangote Agrosacks Limited, where he eventually rose to the position of Chief Engineer.
Idris Yoosuf holds a Bachelor’s of Science (B.Sc.) as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA), specializing in Accounting all from the University of Lagos. He is also a member of Association of Certified Chartered Accountants of the United Kingdom. Since joining our services, he has risen through the ranks and gained vast experience in the various business lines which the organization previously engaged in such as haulage/logistics, money and capital markets as well as Riggs Microfinance Bank where he was the Acting Managing Director.
William Orji holds both the Higher National Diploma (Marketing) of the Chartered Institute of Administration and a Post-Graduate Diploma (Marketing) of the University of Port Harcourt. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Administration (ACIA). Prior to joining our organization he has held executive positions in the sales and marketing departments of several blue chip manufacturing concerns including Central Bags Manufacturing Company Ltd, Kes Products Ltd and Newspin Ltd amongst others
