Our History

Riggs Ventures West Africa Plc (formerly Riggs Securities Limited) hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, is a public limited liability company incorporated on the 22nd of August 1993 (RC 225899) and commenced operations on 1st April 1998. Its authorized share capital is 2,000,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 50kobo each.

The company is primarily engaged in the production of polypropylene woven sacks and has its ultra-modern factory at

389 Agege Motor Road,
Mushin, Lagos.

Since its conversion from a private limited liability company to a public limited liability company, the company’s shareholders have grown to over 645.
